How do I become a 46er?

First you must register on our website and download our PAGO46 App available for IOS and Android.

Why do I need to upload my documentation (ID)?

We must verify that the person registering is a real person for the security of our agents and users.

How do I appear on the map and start receiving payments?

To start receiving payments and to appear on the map you must have credit available and be logged into the PAGO46 App.

How do I top up my Argentinean wallet?

If you want to make an electronic transfer you must enter the PAGO46 App, select “Peso” – “Cargar Credito” – write the exact amount to be transferred (example: $1.000 pesos) – Select Bank Transfer and Accept. In the subject or comment of the transfer you must write the 4 digit PIN number that appears in the transfer data provided by the PAGO46 App.

In order for your balance to be automatically debited, transfers must be made between 09:00 and 21:00.

  • The registration ID of the 46er must coincide with the account of origin of the money.
  • A PIN must have been created for the same amount for which you are making the transfer.
  • Allow up to 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes the recharge is not reflected in the app, send the receipt to WhatsApp: +5491140496030

For Deposits in Banelco’s ATMs you only have to enter the following account number 003819468002029020

  • Send the receipt within 2 hours of deposit to WhatsApp: +5491140496030 on the day of deposit.
  • The receipt must be clearly legible for proper registration.
  • Please note that these charges can take up to 24 hours and are made from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • The hours of operation for WhatsApp are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Sunday.
  • If we detect that you send a repeated or already uploaded receipt, your account will be terminated immediately. If you have a balance on this account, it will be returned to the account of origin.

How do I charge money to my Peso in Chile?

Chile: You can transfer to our bank account at Banco Estado or by Deposit at CajaVecina.
If you want to make an electronic transfer you must login to the PAGO46 App and select Peso Icon – Load Credits – write the Exact Amount to transfer (example: $10.000 pesos) – select bank Transfer and Accept.  In the subject or comment of the transfer you must write the 4 digit PIN number that appears in the transfer data provided by the PAGO46 App.
In order for your balance to be automatically charged, you must follow the steps below:

  • You must match the 46er’s registration RUT number with the origin account of the money.
  • You must have created a PIN for the same amount for which you are making the transfer.
  • Wait up to 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes the reload is not reflected in the app, you must send the receipt to WhatsApp: +56947448348.
  •  If we detect that you send a repeated or already uploaded receipt, your account will be terminated immediately. If you have a balance in this account, it will be returned to the account of origin.

For deposits in the CajaVecina you only have to give the following number of the Banco Estado Current Account 204-0000341-7

  • Send the receipt within 2 hours of the deposit to WhatsApp: +56947448348 on the day of the deposit.
  • The receipt must be clearly legible for proper registration.
  • WhatsApp’s business hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Saturday to Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. 
  • If we detect that you are sending a duplicate or already debited receipt, your account will be terminated immediately. In case you have a balance in this account, it will be returned to the account of origin.

What should I do if my charge was not made automatically?(Chile)

Wait up to 30 minutes. If after the 30 minutes the recharge is not reflected in the app, you should send the deposit or transfer receipt to WhatsApp: +56947448348 and include your registration email so that they can manually recharge.

What should I do if my charge was not completed automatically? (Argentina)

Wait up to 30 minutes. If after the 30 minutes the recharge is not reflected in the app, you must send the deposit or transfer receipt to WhatsApp: +5491140496030 and include your registration email to manually upload.

Where can I see the transactions carried out?

Enter the PAGO46 App, go to the Wallet icon and select Movements. You will be able to review all your transactions with details of the Product or Service, Cost of the Product, Commission of the transaction, Date and time of completion

Where do I see the products and services I can offer?

Enter the PAGO46 App, go to the shopping cart and you will be able to see the products and services available for sale.

What is the difference between a Delivery 46er and a Fix 46er?

  1. A Delivery 46er travels to the customer that wishes to pay for a Product or Service.
  2. A Fixed 46er carries out transactions in his or her established business.

How do I change my User Mode?

Enter the PAGO46 App, go to the Profile icon (Profile) and select the Icon you want to work with: Delivery or Fixed.

When can I withdraw my commission and how much is it? (Arg)

The commission is obtained in cash at the time of the transaction and recovers the invested amount. 

  • Prepaid Recharges: Generates 3% commission of the amount recharged for each Recharge.
  • Rappi: Generates 1% commission for each amount you receive.
  • Glovo: Generates 1% commission for each amount you receive.

Example: You receive $1000 from a Rappi in debt payment, only $990 will be subtracted from your application, so you will have your $10 profit in your pocket.

When can I withdraw my commission and how much is it? (Chile)

The commission is withdrawn in cash at the time of the transaction and recovers the investment.

  1. Prepaid Recharges: Generates 3% commission of the amount recharged for each recharge.
  2. Netflix Prepaid: Generates 5% commission of the recharged amount.
  3. Movistar bill payment: Generates $300 fixed pesos of commission.
  4. Pasajes Bus: Generates $300 fixed pesos commission.
  5. EcoPass Events: Generates $300 fixed pesos of commission.
  6. Rappi: Generates 1% commission of each amount received.
  7. Orders Now: Generates 1% commission of each amount received.

Example: You receive $1000 from a Rappi in debt payment, only $990 will be subtracted from your application, so you will have your $10 profit in your pocket.

How do I deregister from the application?

You must do the following:

  1. Let us know you want to deregister.
  2. Let us know if you have a balance on the App or not. If you have a balance, the total amount of money will be returned to the account you indicate. You will be required to send us the number of your bank account to which we will return the money.
  3. Uninstall the PAGO46 App.

With these simple steps your account will be deactivated.

How can I do a payment from Rappi?

In your App Soy Rappi go to “Support my Payments” – Option “Pay my Debt”, choose the amount you want to pay “Total of your Debt” or “Other Value”. Once you have entered the amount, click on “Generate payment” once in the P46 platform:

  1. First you must enter your email address.
  2. You will receive the Payment Coupon and your QR code in the email you entered. 
  3. You must enter your current location to identify the closest payment point to you. 
  4. Select the option Fixed Agent so that you can see on the map the point closest to you.

How can I make a payment with Glovo?

  1. You must log in to https://glovo.pago46.com
  2. Fill in the form with your personal details.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. 
  4. Click on continue.
  5. Enter the email you want the receipt to be sent to.
  6. Enter the address where you are.
  7. Choose the type of 46er (Fixed or Delivery) with which you want to make the payment
  8. Generate the QR code and go to the nearest 46er. 
  9. The 46er will scan the generated code and accept the payment.
  10. Both will receive an email with the transaction receipt

How do I pay in a partner network like Rapi Pago or Pago Fácil? (Argentina)

If you have already generated your Payment Coupon, you must follow the following steps: 

  1. Go to your nearest point of contact  
  2. Ask to pay a bill from Pago46.
  3. Indicate the numeric code: 1699893440 (example)

How do I pay at a location other than 46er Chile? If you are from Chile - CajaVecina and Multicaja code

If you have already generated your Payment Coupon, you must follow the following steps: 

  1. Go to your nearest Multicaja or CajaVecina 
  2. Ask to pay a bill from Pago46.
  3. Enter the code 1699893440 (example). Remember, the Multicaja and CajaVecina codes are different.

How can I self-pay my Rappi debt?

To self-pay your debt, make sure you are registered in the PAGO46 App and have funds available in your wallet.

  • Enter your “Soy Rappi” app.
  • Select the option “Pay my debt”.
  • Enter the amount you want to pay.
  • Enter the email address you used to register with PAGO46.
  • Enter your Pago46 password.
  • Check the option: “Make this payment with my Peso46“.
  • Press pay.
  • A notification will be sent to your phone.
  • Just click on it and you will be redirected to your PAGO46 App to accept payment.
  • Accept the payment and your debt will be cleared.

What if I made a payment and I haven't had my Rappi debt deducted?

You must generate a ticket and attach the voucher of the payment receipt to manually notify Rappi.

What if I made a payment and I still don't get my Glovo debt deducted?

You must contact Glovo Support.

What if I made a payment and I still don't get my OrderNow debt deducted?

You must contact OrderNow support.

What if I didn't get my Netflix code?

You need to send us the “Purchase Order” number that appears on the transaction receipt sent to your email. We will contact you!
